N61.E/K41 Piezo Motor Driven Rotation Stage-25mm Aperture
N61.E/K41 piezo motor driven rotation stage can generate 360° rotation under piezo actuators driven, with max. resolution of 1 μrad, suitable for ultra-high precision rotation applications. It has an aperture with 25mm diameter, which can be used in optical adjustment fields, etc. It can be used in conjunction with E53.D1E-J/E53.C1K-J compact piezo motor controller, operated by software for greater convenience.
