The N71 mirror mounts can tilt in θx, θy, drived by two linear piezo screw actuators, and the adjusting range can reach ±2°. There are two models to choose from N71.T3K and N71.T4K. The N71.T4K has a mounting diameter of Φ25.4mm, which is suitable for loading Φ25.4mm, Φ25mm optical device. The resolution of N71 can reach 2μrad, and can achieve self-locking when power off.
