The N81K8ZT25 optical mount with piezo linear actuator features three linear actuation points, each driven by a piezo actuator, enabling θx and θy deflection and linear motion. Its deflection angle can be up to ±5°/axis, and the linear travel can be up to 3.5mm. It can be applied to different applications under various conditions.
