S22.U0S/K-A1W is a 1-axis piezo tilt stage that can achieve θx deflection of 0.5mrad. Its load capacity can be up to 500g and the open-loop resolution can be up to 0.005μrad. The body of the stage is made of non-magnetic titanium alloy and aluminum alloy materials, and the internal structure has undergone special anti-magnetic treatment, which is suitable for applications in magnetic field-sensitive conditions. It has a compact structure measured 165*35*37mm³, which is easy to integrate. The product is shown in the following picture.

It is a 2-channel controller based on the standard E70 piezo controller for communication interface transformation, and digital communication can be carried out through serial port, USB or network port. It is powered by 24VDC/3A and has a bandwidth of up to 10kHz per channel. It adopts analog and digital control, with closed-loop servo control function, and the upper computer software supports secondary development. Its body is equipped with a heat dissipation area, which can quickly dissipate the generated heat. It has a dimensions of 147×170×45.5mm³, which is very compact in size and easy to integrate.
