       H40.XYT2S/K is a large-load piezo XY/tip/tilt platform that can perform four-axis linear/deflection motions of X, Y, θx, and θy with the loaded lens, and the load capacity can reach up to 5kg. Its linear stroke reaches 33μm per axis, the linear resolution reaches 4nm, the deflection stroke is 2.5mrad per axis, and the deflection resolution reaches 0.2μrad. The closed-loop version with sensor uses a full-bridge design to eliminate thermal drift, achieving high linearity and repeatability, and is suitable for high-load optical application fields.
